SHIPPING INFO

 

PLEASE ALLOW 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AN ORDER, BEFORE IT GOES TO SHIPPING.

 

We need 3 full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days before contacting us with any questions. 
 

Tracking numbers are provided for all orders AT TIME OF SHIPPING, WHICH WILL BE 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDER DATE. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.

 

We only ship within the U.S.

 

Pleasant Ridge Global, LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders $70.00 and up via USPS. Packing methods may vary due to quantity order, inside generic USPS envelopes or cardboard boxes, with generic return information.

 

All flower orders come with a standard "Fit for Commerce" and a copy of the test results for that product’s corresponding batch.  We include a bill of lading or an invoice inside the package.

 

Pleasant Ridge Global, LLC is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers' address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized.
